Versatile Processing Group, Inc. (VPG) is a privately held company that employs approximately 200 associates over six companies. VPG is the parent company to Versatile Processing, Transformer Decommissioning, Inc. (TDI), Utility Recycling Services (URS), Florida Transformer, Inc. (FTI), Dulin Metals Company and Transformer Decommissioning Northeast (TDNE).
VPG has a key advantage over our competition, we are metal and commodity experts as well as technical experts of utility equipment and technology. This highly valued combination of expertise allows VPG to bring more value to our customers by properly designing a program that fits their unique needs.
